Absolutely awful experience. From the moment I dealt with this shop, I felt like my time and money meant nothing to them. Communication was terrible, the service was disappointing, and the whole experience left me wishing I had taken my car somewhere else in the first place. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop with your vehicle.

I don’t have enough good things to say about this place! I always trust them to give me an honest answer and fair price. After having gotten repair work done by them before (gaskets & alternator), today I brought them my bumper completely torn off and they had it looking good as new in an hour on Christmas Eve morning! Thank you Joey!! So grateful to have a good honest mechanic shop nearby.

I love these guys honest business men I will continue to come back as long as they’re in business i don’t care where I move. As a woman going to get your car fixed you feel anxious because people love to take advantage of you . But not these guys! I feel always in good hands with these guys! And let’s not forget the cute front desk girl penny!💕

Update: these guys absolutely shouldn’t be trusted. They responded to this review saying they offered to fix it for free which is undoubtedly a complete lie. The guy told me it would be around $70 to fix. I cannot believe he is lying on here. I trusted these guys with my car & glady paid $2100 because I thought they were reliable. I got front and rear breaks and rotors, a new valve cover gasket, and an oil change. I paid $2180.10 in full ($1076.99 in labor). The day I came in, I asked for pictures of the breaks to be sent to me so I can see. Never got them. When I was there, a woman had called and the guy answered on speaker. She had just picked up her car and was having new issues so she had to bring in her car again. I should have taken that as a warning. When I picked up my car, all of my tires were low and the shop owner himself, who I liked and respected, said that the guy who fixed my car should have had already put air in my tires and that he would talk to him. A day after I picked up my car, I started hearing some dragging coming from the front of my car. I brought it back, and they told me it’s the electric splash shield. Mike & all of the techs here go above and beyond to make sure you get the best service. They are transparent, honest & work hard for a very reasonable price. Extremely reputable and I cannot thank them enough. They treat women as PEOPLE which is so hard to find a mechanic who will do so & explain everything they will be doing to the car. Could not rave about Mike and his team enough.
